my approach
Awareness before action. Presence over fixing.
I work in the Gestalt tradition — a warm, relational approach that trusts what's already alive in you and gently brings it into awareness.

Instead of searching for endless explanations in the past, we pay close attention to what is happening here and now — in your body, your breath, the words you choose, the pauses between them.
Change rarely arrives through pressure or clever advice. It comes through contact — with yourself, with another person who truly listens, and with what has been quietly waiting to be seen.
My role is not to fix you. My role is to stay curious with you, to slow things down, and to help you notice what wants to move — however you are feeling right now.
What a session feels like
Fifty unhurried minutes
Online, from wherever feels safe. We meet on video — a coffee, a quiet room, no performance required.
You lead, I follow
There is no agenda I bring in. We begin with whatever is present for you today.
Small, real shifts
Sessions end with something you actually noticed — not a homework list.
Who I usually work with
- Life transitions — relocation, career shifts, becoming a parent
- Anxiety, overwhelm, chronic tension
- Relationship difficulties and communication patterns
- Burnout and loss of meaning
- Grief, loss, or the end of a chapter
- Reconnecting with yourself after years of caring for others
When another kind of support may fit better
I want to be honest — Gestalt consulting is not the right first step for everyone. If any of the below applies, please seek local specialist care, and I'm happy to help you find the right direction.
- Acute psychiatric crisis or active suicidality
- Court-ordered assessments or forensic evaluations
- Substance use as a primary concern
