about me

I know what it feels like to rebuild your life from the ground up

Forced immigration, single motherhood, loss, starting over, and living with autoimmune conditions have taught me that lasting change rarely comes from pressure. It begins with awareness, acceptance, grief — and small, meaningful steps.

Today I offer the same kind of presence and support that once helped me. Not from a distant expert chair, but as someone who has sat on the other side of the conversation, too.

I live in Redondo Beach, California, and work online with clients around the world in English and Ukrainian (Russian available upon request).

What guides my work

Every person deserves to be seen, heard, and accepted as they are.

  • Presence over fixing
  • Awareness before action
  • Authentic contact
  • Curiosity instead of judgment
  • People before labels
  • Small steps — lasting change

Training & practice

Trained in Gestalt therapy in the European tradition, with ongoing supervision and continuing education. I work as a consultant, not a licensed clinician in California — sessions are focused on personal growth, self-awareness, and life transitions, not medical treatment.

For every client I meet, confidentiality and dignity are non-negotiable.
